I just recently got the Kindle for Christmas and was wondering if i should turn off the kindle if I’m going to use it 5 hours later or put it on sleep. And if im going to use it 12 hours later should i turn it off or put it on sleep? As well as if i should put it on sleep for both of the above options when should I turn it off?

I just learned that i am getting the Kindle from my husband for christmas.(so excited) Anyway i was looking at the add for target and came across the digital reader from sony. Does anyone know what the difference is??? If so which one is better then??? thanks( although i am keeping the Kindle -its from my husband.)

My parents ordered me a kindle from amazon for my Christmas present this year, but they didn’t know that unless you mark that it shouldnt be registered, that it will come registered. So, is there any way that when I get it I will be able to deregister it from their account and register it on to my Amazon account? Thank you!
